Bookings
A booking is secured once AXM Cabs reviews availability and receives the required 50% advance payment via Venmo, Zelle, or cash; we’ll send the confirmation with the agreed trip details. Submitting a booking request alone does not guarantee a ride.
Service details
Customers should provide accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger, luggage and special-request information. Changes to confirmed arrangements may affect availability or pricing.
Waiting & intermediate stops
Additional waiting is charged at $1.10 per minute. At the pickup location, the driver can wait only up to 30 minutes, after which the ride will be cancelled. After a ride has started, requested intermediate stops may include waiting time of up to 2 hours maximum.
Cancellation & refunds
24-hour notice is required for cancellations; customer cancellations before the ride are non-refundable. AXM-initiated cancellations are rare, but if they occur, the full amount paid will be refunded.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide accurate information, be ready at the agreed pickup time and follow reasonable safety instructions during the journey.
Lost & found
If an item is left in a vehicle, AXM Cabs will make reasonable efforts to assist with its recovery and return. If additional driver time, travel or coordination is required, a reasonable service fee may apply, with the amount discussed before any such service is arranged.
Changes to terms
AXM Cabs may update these terms from time to time. The published version applicable to a booking is the version in effect when the booking is confirmed.
