AXM Cabs cancellations
AXM-initiated cancellations are rare, but if they occur, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Changes to a booking
Customers should contact AXM Cabs as soon as possible if they need to change the date, time, pickup location, passenger count or other trip details. Changes remain subject to availability.
No-show & waiting time
At the pickup location, the driver can wait only up to 30 minutes, after which the ride will be cancelled. Additional waiting is charged at $1.10 per minute. After 30 minutes, the trip is cancelled.
Intermediate stops after the ride starts
If a customer requests stops during an active ride, the total waiting time at intermediate stops is limited to 2 hours maximum. Additional charges may apply at the stated waiting rate.
Severe weather
If severe weather materially affects safe travel or road conditions, AXM Cabs may adjust, delay or reschedule a trip where reasonably necessary. We’ll communicate material changes as promptly as possible.
Booking information
Information submitted in connection with a booking may be used to respond to enquiries and feedback, coordinate transportation, confirm trip arrangements and provide related customer service.
